The main types of resilient flooring available are Vinyl, Rubber and Linoleum.

Vinyl is probably the most common resilient floor finish available and also the most cost effective solution. Vinyl is typically available as both sheet and tile and most commonly as a non-slip safety floor in sheet format.

Safety flooring has many uses and can be used within commercial kitchens, wet areas within hospitals and schools, as well as tea-point and vending areas within commercial office space.

There are also many LVT (Luxury Vinyl Tiles) products available now from providers such as Amtico, Karndean and Polyflor. These products can be used as durable resilient options in place of timber floors or stone and ceramic floors, with some very realistic results.
